We aim to dispatch to you within three business days using Australia Post.

Please ensure you complete your contact details correctly and provide any special instructions in the form provided at checkout.

STANDARD DELIVERY - up to 5kg (small)

We are sure you will love Balmaround products, however if you find the product to be faulty, please get in contact with us at  info@balamround.com.au

You can return the product and get a refund or exchange for another product, up to 30 days from date of purchase, subject to refund conditions of Australian Consumer Law
